Forecast Discussion
Middle Tennessee
December 29, 2008

Short Term: Tonight-Tuesday...
Temperatures will get down to around freezing tonight. Tuesday brings a nice warmup before the cool down for the latter half of the week. Highs will soar into the low 60's.

Mid Term: Wednesday-Friday...
Will remain cool and mostly dry for this period. Thursday night into Friday could bring a few showers. This system will be a fast mover and have very little moisture to work with. A few snow showers could mix in later in the day on Friday as the precipitation exits the Plateau to the east. No accumulation expected.

Long Term: Saturday-Monday...
Cool temperatures will be the rule during this time period as well. Next big rainmaker will move into our area on Sunday night with great rain chances on Monday. Temperatures will be chilly, but at this time, liquid precipitation only.
