Tuesday Morning

Good morning! I hope everyone's preparations for the Thanksgiving holiday are going well. It was a frosty morning with scattered frost all across Middle Tennessee this morning. Mike from Cookeville even reports a little black ice on the roadways this morning from his neck of the woods.

Today looks to be sunny with highs in the mid to upper 40's. Lows tonight will dip down into the upper 20's. Going forward into the holiday week, Thanksgiving looks dry across Middle Tennessee. A few showers are possible for Black Friday shoppers. Saturday and Sunday should bring some clearing with cool conditions. I have taken the rain/snow mix out of the forecast for Monday. Models now want to limit any moisture for then. However, an overunning event could suprise us then with our first wintry weather scenario. I will keep an eye on it though. First of December continues to look colder than normal, so we will have to see if we have some storm systems to work with. God Bless!
